I was mowing the yard when I hit some rope hidden in some pine straw. I take the blade off to remove the rope, then I replaced the blade after some swearing and fighting. I placed it on backwards. I then remove the blade, put it back on correctly, and checked the belt drive twice. It was tight and ready to go. I made it 10 feet and the belt slipped off. I threw the fucker. I did not finish the yard, someone else will.

In the fall when I was putting my winters on, it turned out that the breaker bar I was running the lug off with was just the right length that, between the lug and the pavement, there was about 1/8" less than the length of the bar + my finger.

That one took over a month to heal.

I didn’t speak English until I was like 7 or 8 years old. I’m 30 and Spanish is still my primary language. No accent in either thankfully lol

Yup in Houston but like at a year old, I’d bounce around from Mexico DF and Houston. For the most part, i’d be here in the Murica! My wife on the other hand had NEVER left Mexico DF her whole life until we got married and she came here to Houston. 100% culture shock. It’s like never leaving downtown Manhattan then moving to somewhere in the midwest or something lol.
